Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased and received from GlanHealth is defective (e.g. the sealed bag of coffee arrives already opened). If you receive a defective item, please contact us at customersupport@dalrada.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped weekends or days that fall on a public holiday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

GlanHealth.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses and to international addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

GlanHealth.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

GlanHealth.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
