Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased and received from GlanHealth is defective.

We only guarantee refunds for products purchased through, minus the initial shipping cost(s), that are defective. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. In some cases, an RMA# will be issued for a return. After your return is received, we will begin to process your refund. Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card used to pay for the order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the full refund amount to post back to your account.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped weekends or days that fall on a public holiday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses and to international addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
